About Bad Hombres
Hailing from West Chester, PA, Bad Hombres has been a standout on the live music scene since 2018. With hundreds of successful gigs under their belt—spanning bars, clubs, festivals, and private and corporate events—this four-piece unit delivers the ultimate crowd-pleasing experience.
Setting them apart is an unapologetic, genre-defying repertoire. On any given night, audiences are taken on a sonic journey through alternative and classic rock, pop, country, pop-punk, R&B, and metal. While the song choices are delightfully unpredictable, the band’s strength is delivering diverse tracks that remain instantly familiar and deeply engaging to the crowd. Setlists are tailored to the venue or event.
The band is fronted by Wayne Davis, whose notable voice and incredible vocal range command the room. Behind him, Mark Chegwidden on bass and Mike Nero on lead guitar anchor the melodies, trading off on supporting lead vocals and providing tight three-part harmonies. Mike also brings the shred on lead guitar. Drummer Sean Slattery, armed with a degree in Percussion Performance from West Chester University, delivers a precise groove that locks in with Mark’s driving bass lines to create a tight rhythm section. Bad Hombres are seasoned professionals who are reliable, experienced, and dedicated to their craft. They take the music seriously, but never themselves. There may be many Bad Hombres out there, but they are proudly the worst!
